CS Transfer Management
CS Transfer Management is a smart application for Microsoft 365 Business Central. It extends the functionality of Transfer orders.
The app supports:
- Managing Purchase Orders under incoterms as Free on Board, Delivered at Frontier or similar;
- Information on transport containers and shipping;
- Additional features for Transfer orders;
- The visibility of ‘Sailing Inventory’;
- Traceability of incoming goods,
The app uses standard Microsoft 365 Business Central functionalities.

- (Default) destination locations can be added to purchase orders and assembly orders that are registered for receipt on external locations (FOB/FCA conditions);
- Expected receipt dates on the destination location are visible in purchase orders and assembly orders;
- Source numbers from the original item ledger entry (purchase order number and assembly order number) are visible in Item ledger entries of the type Transfer, in Warehouse documents, and in transfer shipments and receipts;
- Factbox Transfer Line Detail added with Item Availabillity information;
- Tooltips added to fields and menubuttons;
- Languages added: Danish and Swedish
