CS Preorder Manager

CS Preorder Manager is a smart application for Microsoft 365 Business Central.

The app:

• supports the presale of products that are commonly delivered in seasons (preorder);
• supports the shipment of preorders in delivery periods (drops);
• separates preorders from regular (direct) sales orders in requisition worksheets;
• replaces or cancels items in sales orders that will not be taken into collection;

The app works closely together with CS Fashion Central Premium and CS Delivery Plans, but can be used individually if support for preorders is needed.

CS Fashion Central Premium is used to add colours and sizes to items or variants.

CS Delivery Plans supports the batch shipment of sales orders, with an advanced assignment of available inventory and credit controls before shipping.

The app uses standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities.

• Added feature: select an alternative delivery period in Preorder sales orders;
• Salesperson and Item description added to the Preorder Worksheet;
• Preorder worksheet has been configured to be saved with customized filters;
• Revised functionality to determine shipment dates and planned shipment/delivery dates in sales orders (modified to fit the BC version 25 and higher);
• Navigation added to Preorder Cancellations from Item Page;
• Added tooltips to all pages;
• Revised menu structure, field names and action buttons;
• Added translations in French, German, Spanish and Italian.
